Here at Silverback Bootcamp we offer from one day starting Saturday morning 6am till 7pm that includes all meals and refreshments, training for the day or more popular and certain to really push you into achieving your fitness goals the weekend residential package that starts Friday evening from 7pm where all the timetables shall be explained and all the kit checked over, an hour to unpack and get settled into your home away from home then some quick health and fitness tests before a beautiful walk around the local area taking in some stunning countryside, healthy meal then either retirering to bed or having a chat around the fire pit with your fellow campers.
Saturday & Sunday may include exciting fun based exercise such as disco indoor cycle training, indoor circuit training, kickboxing in a proper ring, outdoor circuit training using some of the best bespoke rig equipment available, team games, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking along with a number of other brilliant fun ways of burning calories without even realising it.
